A Space for Reflection, Creativity, and Growth
Clinical supervision is more than a place to discuss client work. It is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself as a practitioner. Whether you're newly qualified, in training, or an experienced therapist, I provide both face-to-face and online supervision that offers support, constructive challenge, and opportunities for professional growth within a safe and collaborative relationship.

My approach to supervision is grounded in curiosity, compassion, creativity and reflective practice. Alongside discussion, I use creative approaches, symbolism, metaphor and SandStory Therapy to support supervisees in exploring client work, relational dynamics, professional identity and their own emotional responses. These creative methods can offer new perspectives and support reflection in ways that conversation alone may not always reach.
I believe supervision should be engaging, thought-provoking and restorative. Through reflection and creativity, supervisees can deepen self-awareness, strengthen confidence, recognise patterns and develop fresh perspectives that enhance both their practice and their wellbeing. Creativity is never about artistic ability — it is simply another way of making sense of our experiences.
Whether we meet in person or online, my aim is to create a welcoming and supportive space where creativity and reflection deepen practice. I value authenticity, collaboration and professional growth, while recognising that the meaning and understanding that emerge through reflection belong to the supervisee.
If my approach resonates with you, I’d be delighted to hear from you.
